PB Wellness will come to your home to:
- Assess the space you have available
- Record your health goals, health/fitness levels and budget
- Assess what exercise equipment will help you achieve your health goals
- Tailor an exercise programme for you/your family and demonstrate how to perform the exercises using the chosen equipment
- Perform body composition testing (body measurements and body fat %)
- Perform follow up visits to modify exercise programmes, swap out exercise equipment if needed and retest body composition to track progression
- Access to the PB Wellness weekly newsletter filled with health & wellness information, nutritional advice, motivation and much more
- Access to the PB Wellness WhatsApp group, where like minded individuals can share motivation and successes, share tips and tricks and ask questions

Seminar day:
A knowledge packed day
PB Wellness offers a Health and Wellness seminar day. Run on a Saturday from 8:30am - 1pm, covering theory and practical components:
- Anatomy/physiology basics
- Physical activity/exercise101-
- Exercise benefits, adaptations, principles, breathing
- Exercise equipment & bodyweight exercises
- Nutrition, vitamins & minerals, and supplements
- Weight loss/gain
- Lifestyle diseases
- Lifestyle factors- metabolism, sleep, stress, alcohol, smoking and cholesterol etc
- Practical demonstration of basic exercises
- Principles of setting up your own exercise programme
- Split into groups and construct a few different exercise programmes using what you have learnt
Pricing:
- Will vary from seminar to seminar and depend on the venue.
- Prices will range from £40 (virtual) up to £55 (on site) per person.

Premium One on One Coaching
PB Wellness offers Premium coaching sessions:
- A PB Wellness instructor will visit you to document your goals and assess your current health and fitness status
- Perform body composition testing to allow us to track your progress, this will be retested monthly
- Our dietician will work with you to construct a healthy eating plan to help you achieve your goals
- We will construct an exercise programme aligned to your goals
- PB Wellness instructor will come to you 3-5 times weekly to execute your exercise programme
- Bring a family member or friend to two of your training sessions per week for free
- We will bring exercise equipment with us or use exercise facilities you already have available
- You will have access to your PB Wellness instructor to support you on your journey
- You will get free access to Seminar days, knowledge filled days packed with useful and practical information, see Seminar days
- We will send you weekly Health & Wellness resources to improve your knowledge on various Health & Wellness topics
- Premium coaching for couples/families is available

Prices for Premium coaching start from £700 pm and will depend on your location and number of individuals to be coached
