PB Wellness is a newly launched Health and Wellness company based in Maidenhead, UK. PB Wellness offers Health & Wellness solutions to both public and corporate clients in and around Berkshire, UK, with plans to expand our reach in the near future. 

We provide practical and useful support and knowledge, to improve workplace wellness, improve employee performance and satisfaction, as well as help individuals or families who don't know where to start, to implement a programme to achieve their goals.

• Home assessment- we come to you to assess the space you have available, your goals and general health and set up an exercise programme for you and your family to achieve your goals
• Seminar days - a day packed with theoretical and practical knowledge. Learn how to set up your own exercise programmes and healthy eating habits from our dietician
• Body composition testing -  body composition testing days, body fat % etc
• One on One Premium coaching - our instructors comes to you to coach you through the exercise plan we programme for you. Our dietician will help you with a healthy eating plan to achieve your goals
